We recently sold our family home in Kingscliff using Larry Collier as our Agent. Initially we interviewed 4 Agents but were very impressed at Larry’s attitude and especially his honesty. Where other salespeople gave us quite extravagant values on what our home was worth, Larry told us what the market said it was worth.

From the moment we signed an agreement with Larry, his enthusiasm was evident. We were kept updated with the progress of the sale and any fears we had along the way were alleyed by Larry in his confident and optimistic manner. After 4 weeks on the market we suggested to Larry that we were willing to drop the price a bit to help things along , but Larry assured us we were priced competitively and to hang in there. He was right!

Larry sold the house 2 weeks later for a price very close to what he valued it at originally. Larry worked very hard on our sale and because we both work, was only too happy to organise and attend inspections in the evenings. We were quite amazed at the number of buyers Larry brought to inspect the property as we thought that the slowness of the market would limit their interest.

My husband and I consider ourselves very smart to have picked such a great guy to sell our home. It was stress free, and most of the time Larry made it a really exciting and amusing experience.
