Cudgen Profile
Cudgen is a small rural community known mostly for it's rich farmland only 2 km's west of Kingscliff.
Cudgen is steeped in tradition with a local primary school, golf course and memorial lane of norfolk pines and fig trees, each one named in memory of soldiers who did not return from war. Anzac services are held here each year at the cenotaph made from the bricks of the original school and dedicated to the Cudgen veterans.
Cudgen Hornets Rugby League Football Club and Cudgen SLSC are all located in Kingscliff but named after the stretch of beach Kingscliff fronts ¨Cudgen Beach.¨
