From the office’s humble beginnings in 1987, Pottsville Beach Real Estate has grown rapidly with the Tweed Coast, and after joining with the First National network in XX, there are now sister offices in Kingscliff and an exciting new office in the bustling Tweed City Shopping Centre.
The success story of First National on the Tweed Coast is quite remarkable. Having started in real estate with next to no experience in 1987, Ian Charlton and his dedicated team now maintain the largest management division in the local area, and are the only agency with the ‘Power of 3’ offices servicing the entire Tweed Coast. Ian’s three son’s have been introduced to the business and now play an active role in the growth and management of the business.

The Pottsville Beach office lies in the main business hub of Pottsville and realizes significant exposure, both through foot and vehicle traffic. This office maintains one of the largest property management rolls on the Tweed Coast with over 300 properties currently managed.
Our Kingscliff office lies on the prestigious Marine Parade, and also is home to the Strata/Body Corporate Management division for the Tweed and Byron Shire. This office primarily focuses on the Kingscliff to Cabarita market, including the New Tweed Coast’s Salt, Casuarina Beach and Cotton Beach, and west to Murwillumbah. In the past 5 years, the office has grown the property management department by approximately 200%, and we’re still growing.
The third office services the entire Tweed Heads area, including Banora Point and Terranora and takes advantage of the thriving Tweed City Shopping Centre. The dedicated team at the Tweed City office are eager to expand the business, and have a particular focus on growing a specialist property management division because of its prime location. In the past 2 years since taking over the business, the property management department has expanded approximately 500%, largely due to impressive advertising power and positioning.
